Located in lieu-dit of the same name. Vines average about 45 years and lie on soils of very altered deep granite. This gives sweet pleasure, crunchy tannins, a ruby body and aromas of red berries accompanied by pink floral notes. All very representative of the lieu-dit Jacquets This Brouilly combining roundess and Harmonie will be appreciated for about 3 years.
100 % Gamay noir. Organic wine. Average 45 years of age. Vineyard planted with a density of 8,000 feet per hectare. Deep granite soil. Grapes manually harvest and de-stemmed (about 60%). Maceration in controlled temperatures (under 30°C for 12 days). Reared in vat and bottled in April.
