« Le nez est racé et offre de l’intensité, une fine concentration, une certaine complexité ainsi qu’un grain fin et très finement serré. On y retrouve des notes de mûre pulpeuse, de fraise charnue et plus légèrement de myrtille associées à une subtile pointe de lilas, de prune bleue, à de fines pointes de réglisse, de tabac blond sucré ainsi qu’à une très discrète pointe de rose, d’épices douces et à une imperceptible pointe de sens de la place. La bouche est fruitée, élégance et offre de la délicatesse, de la gourmandise, une petite richesse, du gras, de la suavité, une jolie définition, une jolie finesse du grain, un fin côté aérien dans l’approche ainsi que de la densité (tout en maitrise). En bouche ce vin exprime des notes de fraise pulpeuse/charnue, de cerise pulpeuse/juteuse et plus légèrement de mûre de Boysen juteuse associées à des touches de bleuet fraiche, de prune bleue charnue ainsi qu’à des pointes de tabac blond sucré, de toasté, de chocolat, à une très discrète pointe de minéralité racée, de rose et à une imperceptible pointe de vanille. Bonne longueur. Présence d’une imperceptible pointe de chocolat noir et de café sur la persistance. The nose is racy and offers intensity, a fine concentration, a certain complexity as well as a fine and very slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry,fleshy strawberry and small notes of blueberry associated with a subtle hint of lilac, blue plum, fine hints of liquorice, sweet blond tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of rose, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of sense of place. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers delicacy, gourmandize, a small richness, fat, suavity, a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine aerial side in the approach as well as density (well-controlled). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy strawberry, pulpy / juicy cherry and small notes of juicy Boysenberry associated with touches of fresh cornflowers, fleshy blue plum as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco, toasted, chocolate, a very discreet hint of racy minerality, rose and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of dark chocolate and coffee on the persistence. »
